Oak Park The Veltway is a hybrid of two communities sharing the border of Roosevelt Road, Berwyn & Oak Park. The Veltway Corporation’s mission is to firmly establish an entertainment corridor that rivals the notoriety of Beale Street in Memphis or Frenchman Street in New Orleans, and to establish a community wide arts & music festival designed to attract artists and patrons from across the country. To facilitate the growth and public cognizance of this corridor, The Veltway Corporation, a Not for Profit was formed in 2014 with objectives to support the artists and businesses along the corridor, and help to produce and present new events such as The Green Mile Pub Crawl, Make Music on the Veltway, The Veltway Music Spectacular Instrument Drive , and the Concert Across Chicago to End Gun Violence. The Veltway Corporation works closely with The Berwyn Development Corporation, Why Berwyn, Berwyn Arts & Music and the Oak Park School of Rock. Our initiatives are attained by volunteer efforts, sponsorships and donations.

About Autre Monde

Located on the border of Berwyn & Oak Park in the heart Roosevelt Roads “Veltway” entertainment corridor at 6727 W.
